1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations of RYBASHOP – Miroslav Pacovský and customers when purchasing fishing tackle online.

3. Order Process

Orders are placed by adding items to the cart and submitting the order.
A contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.
Orders can be placed without registration.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices include VAT and delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment options: cash on delivery, bank transfer, card, GoPay, PayPal.
Payment is due before delivery unless agreed otherwise.

5. Delivery

Delivery is via courier or in-store pickup.
The customer must accept delivery; repeated delivery costs are borne by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Goods must be returned in original condition, complete, and with packaging.
Exceptions: custom-made or hygiene-sensitive goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Complaints and Warranty

7.1 Complaints

Complaints can be submitted in writing or by phone.
Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded partially.
Complaints are processed within 30 days.

7.2 Warranty

Consumers have a 24-month warranty on new goods according to Czech law.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed according to GDPR and used only for order processing, complaints, and marketing with consent.

9. Cookies & Commercial Communications

Cookies improve website functionality and personalization.
Consent for commercial messages is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes can be resolved out-of-court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
